Another indispensible online testing tool: Cynthia Says (WCAG all levels, 508)
Color blindness: Colorblind Web Page Filter (there are more but I find this one the handiest)
There is also a number of very handy Firefox plugins:
Web Developer Extension (turn off images, turn off stylesheets, small screen viewer,…)
WAVE toolbar like the online WAVE tool, except it works on the currently rendered document which gives a more realistic result
Firefox Accessibility Extension includes the Functional Accessibility Evaluator (FAE) a little buggy here and there but quite useful all the same
