Requirements are;
- Hand on experience in XHTML & CSS with CSS based designs.
- Knowledge on skinning Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, ExpressionEngine, SilverStripe & other common CMS.
- Hand on experience in Javascripts with JQuery, MooTools, script.aculo.us & YUI.
- Hand on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver & Flash.
- Knowledge on Adobe Air & Flex.
- Knowledge on Microsoft SilverLight.
- Knowledge on Web Standards, Web Accessibility & Usability.
- Understanding of Web 2.0 concepts & new web trends.
- Having a portfolio of more than 5 websites which will fulfill mot of above requirements.
