So today I got a chance to try this & this works fine. But as they have mentioned it’s still under development & still some characters not rendering properly. But end of the they we have a reasonable Sinhala Unicode support on Mac OS X.
This has developed by a Programmer & Web Developer, Nicholas Shanks who lives in United Kingdom.
This font is a Mac version of Malithi Web, a typeface by Pushpananda Ekanayaka.

we tried with LKLUG fonts, but this is much better.
