While you possess the above characteristics we also insist that you have the following qualifications.

• An outstanding command of HTML/XHTML & CSS with table-less designing,
• Strong Photoshop and design skills,
• A portfolio of at least 3 sites,
• An understanding of Web Standards, Web 2.0 philosophies and culture,
• Knowledge in Flash may be advantages, but not essential.

More than 2 years of working experience will be an added advantage.
