You’ll be creating layouts, user interfaces, client ads, as well as developing the creative for in-house marketing and branding initiatives.

Skills:

• Superior concept development.

UK based web design studio is seeking mid/senior level resources to fill following vacancies.

Resources should have a decent access broadband internet from their home.

Should have a dev box running using WinXP or Linux with, PHP, MySQL, Apache installed on it.

Working hours will be the normal UK work hours (ideally from 9.00 AM – 6 PM (GMT 0)).

Both these positions required minimum of 18 months work experience in the relevant environments.

Mid/Senior Level PHP Developer/Consultant (Work from home)

• Excellent knowledge on PHP, MySQL
• Fairly good knowledge in JavaScripting
• Awareness in PHP frameworks including CakePHP, Symfony, Zend
• Good in object oriented approach
• Awareness of third party tool integration (i.e. Paypal, Google Analytics, Zen Cart, osCommerce)
• Good in developing web sites, web based applications using PHP, MySQL
• Good in database design
• Expert in XML related technologies
• At least two to three years experience in developing web applications using the above technologies
• Most of the time you will be getting the detail job description plus the materials such as UI templates in either JPEG or PSD formats
• You should know how to build re-usable components in order to cut down the development time for the future engagements
• Should be a fast learner and good reader

Mid/Senior Level Developer/Consultant for Joomla and/or Drupal Customization (Work from home)

• Good knowledge in customizing Drupal/Joomla modules knowledgeable on what we can do and cannot do via the existing modules and the plugins
• Previous experience in customizing Joomla/Drupal including the eCommerce
• Expertise in integrating or building new modules for Joomla/Drupal
• Knowledge on how to build skins for Joomla/Drupal is an advantage

One of my friend’s company looking for some LAMP Developers with following skill sets:

1. At least 1 year of hands on experience working with PHP5
2. A good understanding of relation database design theory, MySQL and related technologies.
3. An excellent understanding of OO concepts - design and coding.
4. Worked with Smarty (or any other templating library).
5. A fair understanding of JavaScript, AJAX, XML and general “Web 2.0″ concepts.
6. Knows how to unit test code. Must be conversant with phpUnit, SimpleTest or a similar testing framework.
7. Experience in working with ORM libraries like Propel would be a significant advantage
8. Ability to work with with a Linux OS (command line mode) would be an advantage.
